On the 13th of February 2022, A prayer was held at the Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator on the occasion of Presentation of the lord Jesus Christ to the temple which was celebrated by His Eminence Archbishop Dr. Avak Asadourian. At the end of the prayer and according to the rituals of the Armenian church, the feast bonfire was lit in the churchyard. The Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Iraq, Mr. Alek Gharibian, deputy and members of the Central Administrative Committee and many faithfuls attended the prayers.
