Mr. Arshag Manougian, the General Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Erbil, visited the St. Mary the Virgin Armenian Orthodox Church in Zakho (the under-construction church ) on the 23rd of November 2021. Mr. Manougian was received by Father Masis Shahinian, pastor of the church, the head and members of the sub-administrative committee of the Armenian Orthodox community in Zakho. His Excellency expressed his admiration for this blessed edifice after he reviewed the church project and how it’s building.
