On August 17, 2022 a Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the reverend Father Dr. Mina Al-Urshalimi at the Church of St. Virgin Mary, which is located at Al-Midan square with the blessing of Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, head of the Armenian Orthodox sect in Iraq. This liturgy comes within the framework of deepening the relations between the Armenian and Coptic Apostolic Churches.
