On April 21, 2023, under the auspices of Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, a Divine Liturgy was held in the Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator on the occasion of the 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The Liturgy was offered by V. Rev Fr. Mampre Hamayagan. Following the service, the Zvartnots Choir performed patriotic songs, and various young men and women representing their clubs & associations recited patriotic poems. The program concluded with the laying of wreaths on the Khachkar monument.
