Divine Liturgy at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Kirkuk

On the morning of August 13, 2023, a Divine Liturgy was held at the Church of Saint Mary the Virgin in Kirkuk on the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption of Saint Mary the Virgin. The Liturgy was celebrated by Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq. During the Liturgy, grapes were blessed, following which a luncheon was served. The pastor of the Church of the Holy Cross in Erbil, V. Rev Fr. Artun Khalatian, was in attendance.
