On January 5, 2026, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, visited the Chaldean Diocese in Kirkuk, where he met with His Grace Bishop Yousif Toma.
The meeting was attended by Reverend Father Kevork Arshagian and Mr. Masis Sarkisian, Head of the Sub-Administrative Committee in Kirkuk.
