On the occasion of Christmas and New Year, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received at Baghdad Palace on 12-28-2023 the papal ambassador and a delegation of leaders of Christian denominations, among whom was the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, His Eminence Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian.
