On May 9, 2024, a Divine Liturgy was held at the Church of St. Garabed in Baghdad on the occasion of the Feast of the Ascension of Jesus Christ (to whom be glory). The Liturgy was offered by Reverend Father Kevork Arshakian. The Liturgy was attended by Reverend Father Ardag Mirzoian, Reverend Father Sebouh Baghdasarian, the Committee for the Care of Church Affairs, members of the Rejine Garabed Iskenderian Endowment Committee, and a group of the faithful.
