On November 11, 2024, as requested by Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, prayers for the release of Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan were held at St. Garabed Armenian Church in Baghdad, offered by His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq.
