On January 21, 2025, by the order of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, Reverend Father Kevork Arshagian, pastor of St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Cathedral in Baghdad, and committee member Mr. Vartan Monjogholian, participated in a conference held at the Middle East University. At the conclusion of the event, Reverend Father Kevork Arshagian was presented with a conference plaque dedicated to His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian.
