On September 13, 2025, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, participated along with several Christian leaders and clergy in the Divine Liturgy for the Feast of the Holy Cross, held at the Church of (UM Al-Nour) for the Syriac Orthodox in Erbil. Also in attendance was Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil.
