On January 16, 2026, under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, a Divine Liturgy was held at the Church of St. Garabed in Baghdad on the occasion of the Feast of Saint John the Baptist. The Liturgy was celebrated by His Grace.
During the Divine Liturgy, His Grace blessed two Khachkars, followed by the blessing of harissa. On this occasion, His Grace extended his blessings and congratulations to members of the community who bear the name Garabed.
Following the Divine Liturgy, the Regina Endowment Committee held a luncheon for the faithful.
