Divine Liturgy was held at St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in Baghdad On the 3ed of December 2021, celebrated by His Eminence Archbishop Dr. Avak Asadourian, head of the Armenian Orthodox sect in Iraq, where a church icon, painted by the artist Antranig Ohannessian, was consecrated. The Liturgy was attended by The head of the Armenian Orthodox community in France, His Grace Bishop Vahan Hovhannesian, Father Kevork Arshagian, Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Iraq, Mr. Alek Gharibian, Vice and members of the Central Administrative Committee and many faithfuls.
