Cultural evening was held on the 24th of April 2022, at the Church of St. Nerses Shnorhali in Dohuk on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of  the Armenian Genocide martyrs. The evening was attended by the head and members of the administrative subcommittee of Dohuk and Havresk village, with the participation of the priests, the pastors of the church of the East and Assyrian churches of the East, the pastor of the Syriac Catholic Church, and the members of the sect from Dohuk, Zakho, the village of Hauresk, and the sons of other churches. The Lord’s Prayer and the national anthem of the Republic of Armenia were performed, and then the evening was started with a speech by Mr. Eng. Yervant Aminian, head of the Administrative Subcommittee in Dohuk. Then the chants were performed by the deacons and deaconesses of the choir of Shnorhali Church and the students of the Sunday School, and a film about the massacres of Armenians was also shown by the evangelical Deacon Ardavazd Kasparian. At the end of the ceremony, the members of the former Administrative Sub-Committee were honored: Mr. Vartkes Sarkissian, Mr. Manatsagan Gharibian, Mr. Nishan Nersesian and Mr. Yervant Aminian. The guest priests were also honored with the shield of the symbol of Genocide. The program of the ceremony was presented by Miss. Sevan Baghdasarian, and at the end of the ceremony, wreaths were laid on the memorial of the genocide (khachkar) by all the participants.
