On the 23rd of June 2022, The elected Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian met with priests, members, and chairmen of the governorates’ sub-committees of Iraq at the Meline Iskenderian nursing home for the Armenians. Father Kevork Arshagian, Chairman, and members of the Central Administrative Committee attended the gathering.
