On the 27th of July 2022, the newly elected Patriarch of the ancient Assyrian Church, Mar Jacob III Daniel Catholicos, hosted the Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, head of the Armenian sect, the priests Ghevont Saghatilian, Father Adam Movsesian, Father Kevork Arshagian, and Mr. Melkon Melkonian, the chairman of the Armenian Diocesan council. The head of the Armenian sect and the newly elected Patriarch Catholicos congratulated each other on their new election, wishing each other a blessed service.
