On November 4, 2023, the evening prior to the Episcopal Liturgy at St. Sahag & St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, the parish council of the church organized a celebration in honor of His Eminence Bishop Gulgulian and his rise to Bishop. Having previously served the community for 13 years, Bishop Gulgulian was warmly welcomed with a cultural evening, speeches by various guests, and the gift of a Bishop’s ring.
