On November 5, 2023, during his visit to the United States of America, Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, offered an Episcopal Liturgy at St. Sahag & St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church in Pennsylvania where he had previously held the position of pastor for 13 years.
