On November 23, 2023, in response to the invitation of the French humanitarian organization, SOS, Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, participated in the Divine Liturgy that was held in the Chaldean Church of Saint Peter and Paul in Erbil the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the organization’s ecclesiastical and humanitarian services and activities. His Eminence was accompanied by the pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, Rev. Fr Artun Khalatian, and the chairman and members of the Administrative Subcommittee.
