On December 6, 2023, Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, received the following dignitaries in his office: Advisor to the First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Mr. Shamil Darwish Ali Al-Fili; Mr. Muhammad Al-Musawi, Director of the Private Office of the First Deputy; and Mr. Behnam Habib. The purpose of the visit was to congratulate His Eminence Bishop Gulgulian on his Episcopal Ordination. Additionally, the Chairman of the Central Administrative Committee, Mr. Garbed Kaloustian, attended.
