On September 8, 2024, His Eminence Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, and his accompanying delegation, represented by the pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian; the head of the Central Administrative Committee, Mr. Garaped Kaloustian; and Mr. Ari Koulouzian met with Nineveh Governor, Mr. Abdul Qadir Al-Dakhil. During the meeting, they discussed the reconstruction of the Armenian Orthodox Church of Etchmiadzin in Mosul and the conditions and needs of the Armenian community.
