Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq Visits the Assistant Governor of Nineveh in Mosul

On September 8, 2024, His Eminence Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq and his accompanying delegation, represented by the pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian; the head of the Central Administrative Committee, Mr. Garaped Kaloustian; and Mr. Ari Koulouzian visited the Assistant to the Governor of Nineveh for Planning Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Younis Thanoun and the Legal Advisor to the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Blawi Yassin.
