On April 10, 2025, by the invitation of Dr. Rami Joseph Souldezian, Head of the Office of Christian, Yezidi, and Mandaean Religious Endowments in Iraq, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, participated in the festival “Akitu: the Celebration of Iraqi Civilization.” His Grace was accompanied by Mr. Garabed Kaloustian, Head of the Central Administrative Committee.
