On October 11, 2025, under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, a Divine Liturgy was held at the Church of St. Nerses Shnorhali in Duhok, marking several significant occasions: The Feast of the Holy Translators, the second anniversary of the Episcopal Ordination of His Grace, and the 17th anniversary of the consecration of St. Nerses Shnorhali Church in Duhok.
Following the Liturgy, His Grace bestowed the blessing of Khatchkar (cross-stone) on two individuals.
The Liturgy was attended by His Grace Mar Abris Youkhanis, Archbishop of the Assyrian Church of the East; His Grace Mar Azad Shaba, Bishop of the Chaldean Church in Duhok; Chorbishop Philipos Dawood; clergy of the Armenian Orthodox churches in the Kurdistan Region; and the heads and members of the Sub-Administrative Committees from Duhok, Zakho, Avzrouk, Havresk, and Mosul.
