His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian Received a Delegation from the Civil Defense Center

On October 20, 2025, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, received in his office a delegation of officers from the Civil Defense Center, headed by Colonel Youssef Kazem Jassim. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Berj Toufenkjian, member of the Central Administrative Committee of the community.
