On February 11, 2026, under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, the third day of the Annual Meeting of the Priests was held, continuing the sessions and discussions among the participating clergy. The meeting opened with a lecture by
Reverend Father Aren Marderosian on “Challenges Facing the Church.”
His Grace Bishop Armash Nalbandian, primate of the Armenian Diocese in Damascus, joined via video call and presented on “How a Priest Can Find Consolation and Console His People.”
Archimandrite Zakaria, Director of the MASE Preaching Center, presented “The Image of the Priest: What Kind of Priest Do We Want to See?”
Concluding the lecture series, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian addressed the priests with words of thanks and appreciation. Collective prayers were offered for the unity of the Armenian Church and for the steadfastness of His Holiness the Catholicos of All Armenians.
In the evening, under the auspices of His Grace, Vespers was celebrated at the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, along with the preparatory rite for the Feast of St. Vartanants.
