On May 10, 2026, during his pastoral visit to northern Iraq, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, visited Dr. Pshtwan Sadiq, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Kurdistan Regional Government. His Grace was accompanied by Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil.
