On September 7, 2022 Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian received Mr. Abdullah Al-Jubouri, the president of the Human Rights organization and Iraqi Minorities, who visited the Armenian Diocese.They discussed issues and problems related to minorities, especially the Armenians. The Chairman and members of the Armenian diocesan Council were attended.
