Along with his with his accompanying delegation, Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, visited the Kurdistan region during the period of 26th January-5th February. The Archimandrite and his delegation visited Erbil, Duhok, Zakho, Kirkuk, the Avzroog village and Havresk village.

On the first day of the visit, the Archimandrite met with the Armenian Diocesan Sub-council of Erbil, the youth of the area, and the women’s committee of the Surp Khach Church of Erbil.

On January 27^th, 2023, the Archimandrite presided over the Divine Liturgy in Havresk village, commemorating the first anniversary of the passing of Father Diran Sarkissian.
