On October 19, 2023, the Committee for the Care of the Armenian Elderly and the Administrative Board of the Regini Endowment organized a welcome and congratulatory evening at the Melini Iskenderian Nursing Home in honor of His Eminence Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, who was recently ordained as a bishop. During the evening words of congratulations, thanks, and gifts were exchanged for His Eminence, Bishop Gulgulian. The evening was attended by former Primate, Archbishop Avak Assadourian; Father Kevork Arshagian; the pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, V. Rev Fr. Artun Khalatian; V. Rev Fr. Hagopos Isahakian; the head and members of the Central Administrative Committee; residents of the nursing home; and guests.
