On December 22, 2024, under auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, the re-consecration of the altar at Holy Martyrs Church in Baghdad was celebrated. The Divine Liturgy was offered by the pastor of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Zakho, Reverend Father Hagopos Isahagian. His Grace expressed his gratitude and thanks to the members of the Central Administrative Committee for their contribution to the renovation of the church. Afterwards, His Grace, accompanied by the priests, visited the church cemetery and prayed for the repose of the souls of the deceased.
