On December 21, 2024, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, accompanied by priests and the Chairman of the Central Committee, Mr. Garabed Kaloustian, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Iraq. During the meeting, His Grace congratulated Mr. Rupen Soghoian on his appointment as the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Iraq, wishing him success in his new role. In turn, Ambassador Soghoian expressed his happiness and gratitude for the visit.
