On January 23, 2025, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, along with his accompanying delegation, which included priests, heads and members of the central and sub-administrative committee of the Churches of Iraq, visited the office of Mr. Sarbast Lazgin, amember of the political bureau and head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party office in the Duhok Governorate. The purpose of the visit was to extend congratulations and best wishes to Mr. Lazgin on assuming his new position.
