On August 28, 2025, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, along with his accompanying delegation which included Reverend Father Masis Shahenian, Pastor of St. Nerses Shnorhali Church in Duhok; and Mr. Yervant Amenian, Head of the Administrative Sub-Committee in Duhok; visited the Governor of Duhok, Dr. Ali Tatar.
