On October 10, 2025, under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, a ceremony was held at the Church of St. Nerses Shnorhali in Duhok to bestow the rank of Reader upon nine young members of the church. The occasion was held in celebration of the Feast of the Holy Translators and the second anniversary of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian’s Episcopal Ordination.
Following the religious ceremony, His Grace presented certificates to the newly honored readers.
The ceremony was attended by Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, Reverend Father Masis Shahinian, Reverend Father Hagopos Isahagian, as well as the head and members of the Sub-Administrative Committee in Duhok.
