On November 28, 2025, following the Divine Liturgy celebrated under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, at the Holy Cross Church in Erbil the Primate met with the recently elected members of the Erbil Sub-Administrative Committee.
The elected members present at the meeting were:
Rafi Bapkin Mosesian – Chairman of the Committee,
Yerchanig Nasri Baghdasar – Committee Member,
Rostom Armenag Ohannies – Committee Member.
The meeting was also attended by the Pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, along with several members of the Central Administrative Committee.
