On Sunday, September 14, under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq. a Divine Liturgy was celebrated on the Feast of the Holy Cross at the Holy Cross Church in Erbil.
Participating in the Liturgy were:
Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, Pastor of the Armenian Church in Erbil,
Reverend Father Masis Shahenian, Pastor of the Armenian Church in Duhok,
Reverend Father Hagopos Isahagian, Pastor of the Armenian Church in Zakho,
along with clergy from other churches.
The Liturgy was attended by Mr. Rafael Movsesyan, Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Erbil; members of the Central Administrative Committee; and the heads and members of the local administrative committees of the Armenian Orthodox community in Erbil, Duhok, Kirkuk, Zakho, Havresk, and Mosul; as well as a large number of faithful parishioners.
