On January 21, 2026, as part of his pastoral visit to northern Iraq, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, paid an official visit to the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Dr. Bishtwan Sadiq, in Erbil.
His Grace was accompanied by the Pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, and the Chairman of the Central Administrative Committee, Mr. Garabed Kaloustian.
