On 13th of February 2022, A prayer was held at the church of the Virgin Mary in Zakho on the occasion of Presentation of the lord Jesus Christ to the temple which was celebrated by the Father Mases Shahenian. At the end of the prayer and according to the rituals of the Armenian church, the feast bonfire was lit and given to the attendees.
