On February 3rd, 2023, Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, presided over a Divine Liturgy at the St. Nerses Shnorhali Church in Dohuk. The service was celebrated by Father Masis Shahinian, Pastor of the St. Nerses Shnorhali Church.
Following the liturgy, the Archimandrite visited the Sunday School and also met with members of the Armenian Diocesan Sub-council of Duhok and many faithful parishioners.
