On February 18th, 2023, a delegation headed by Archimandrite Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, visited Mr. Omed Khoshnaw, the Governor of Erbil.
After getting acquainted with each other, discussions took place about the historical relations between the two peoples.
Archimandrite also spoke about the humanitarian cooperation shown by Armenia in assisting the victims of the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
