Under the auspices of His Eminence Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, a Divine Liturgy was held at the Church of the Holy Cross in Erbil. During the Liturgy, His Eminence blessed a new Liturgical vestment and presented it to the pastor of the Holy Cross Church, Reverend Father Artun Khalatian.
