On January 16, 2025, His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, visited the Consulate of the Republic of Armenia in Erbil to congratulate and bless the new Consul, Mr. Rafael Movsesian,on assuming his new position. The meeting was attended by Reverend Father Artoun Khalatian, Pastor of the Holy Cross Church in Erbil, former Consul Mr. Antranik Haroutunian, as well as the chairman and members of the subcommittee in Erbil.
