On April 19, 2025, The Easter Eve Liturgy was held at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Zakho. The Liturgy was celebrated by His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq with the participation of Reverend Father Hagopos Isahagian, along with deacons, and the church choir. In attendance were the head and members of the administrative sub-committee in Zakho and a large gathering of faithful believers.
