Acknowledgement letters were sent on September 5-2021 by His Eminence Archbishop Dr. Avak Asadourian, head of the Armenian Orthodox community in Iraq, to Ms. Shireen Abdul Rahman Dino Al-Sindi and Mr. Saad Mohammed Shamdin Agha. Mr. Daoud Mardirossian, the head of the Armenian Administrative subcommittee of Zakho district, were assigned to deliver the Acknowledgement letters In the presence of the Administrative Subcommittee’s members: Mr. Ishkhan Sarkissian, a member of the Dohuk Provincial Council and Mr. Aram Shaheen Bakoian, a former member of Kurdistan Parliament.
