His Grace Bishop Oshagan Gulgulian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Iraq, discussed the construction project of the monolingual school in Zakho. The meeting was attended by Reverend Father Hagopous Isahagian, Pastor the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Zakho; and the Chairman of the Administrative Sub-Committee in Zakho, Mr. Dawood Marderosian.
